Learn systems thinking management
Ready to jump decades in your management effectiveness?
Operations Managers are the most connected employee in most organizations, having the most diverse direct reports and the most contact with multiple people and levels within the organization, and primary execution responsibility for the revenue stream. You better equip your ops manager, and you grease the wheels of the entire organization.

Also, first-time managers in any role, can unnecessarily struggle with expanded collaborative leadership and problem solving, and an increased role of running more meetings with cross-functional representation. A June 2023 Harris Research Poll with Oji Life Lab found the impact of first time managers to be problematic to morale and team performance. The good news is there are fundamentals that can be easily learned by first time managers to dramatically increase their effectiveness.

This practical, mind-blowing, accelerator management training is like no other on the market. In an executive-coaching style, we meet remote or in person once a week to discover application of focused prepared course training material and supplemental tailored content to support individual development. We also go over progress and feedback on the previous session's implementation.

- Script Spotlight
The PLS Collaborative Leadership Training was designed by managers, for managers.
With experience and success in dynamic operational contexts and coaching, we know the impact of team alignment and employee engagement, and set out to identify and address the gaps in learning with traditional leadership training.

What are the benefits of PLS Collaborative Leadership training when compared to traditional leadership training?
Most leadership training has no call-to-action (CTA) beyond writing down takeaways, or prompts of "What three things will you change as a result of this training?". This could lead to minimal implementation of costly training.
Most leadership training content is instructional and conceptual knowledge with simple tools and templates to help with implementation. This approach has little impact on the manager's capability, character, and caring. Research indicates these three factors create trust, which is an essential factor of leadership.
Because most leadership training administration occurs within a day or two, there is no built-in accountability in application of the training by the manager.
Upon completion of the course with most leadership training, there is no avenue for assistance in unique contexts, or ability for the manager to follow-up for clarification on content.
PLS training is administered in digestible chunks with agreed upon application of the material presented. Each week we set aside time for retrospection and feedback on the previous week's implementation and experience. Progress is gaged within the course to maximize benefit to the manager and the organization.
The PLS Collaborative Leadership Training includes saturated application of practical, cutting-edge methodologies using the latest worker and management psychology and systems thinking. This yields signficantly expanded capability and functional empathy.
With PLS Management Consulting, expectation is set on a weekly basis to help the manager realize immediate impact and build confidence, quickly.
Each training course administered by PLS Management Consulting, includes expert assistance during the course. Upon completion of the training, four weeks of on-demand assistance is included!
